In this work I describe the sinister mind and stormy life of these narcissistic predators; as well as the three stages they use to emotionally attack their victims such as: i) Idealization, ii) Devaluation iii) Discarding; plus hoovering, which are the back and forth in the relationship.

These phases are repeated over and over again during the predatory process that the narcissist uses to turn you into his victim and it is important that you know it in detail so that you can detach yourself from this type of toxic and abusive relationship. You have to internalize that the way to escape from the emotional vampire is:

o Your knowledge and learning about narcissistic abuse.

o Your physical and emotional distancing yourself from the predator

o Your inner work to get out of this type of relationship

o Your work to increase your self-esteem and empower yourself.
